Duty & Roles:-

• Direct dealing & Finalizing with International & Domestic manufacturers, steel mills, and suppliers well-versed in bulk purchasing of raw materials like Structural Steel, HDGI & Aluminum coils, Heavy machinery, Tools and Tackles, Consumables, and other related project materials.

• Handling all Strategic and Capital expenditure procurements.

• Contributed to construction related (Both MEP & CIVIL) procurement tasks and supported project scheduling requirements.

• Ensuring uninterrupted availability of spares including Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, and Mechanical type for operational and production requirements as per quality norms.

• Reviewed and issued contracts and purchase orders after choosing the ideal vendor and driving the procurement process.

• Authorized purchase orders and contracts through SAP and ERP Software.

• Reduced costs by streamlining contract bidding and procurement processes to assure the best prices for materials and services.

• Established reliable, cost-effective supply sources to support the full achievement of final output
• Exceeded goals through effective task prioritization and great work ethic.
• Planning and Executing shipments including import, Export & Cross trade consignments through all channels by Sea, Air.
• Preparing and handling all shipping documents.

Duty & Roles:-

• Maintained Ocean Freight Tariff, Long Sailing Schedules, and Display Charts for Vessel routing of various Trade Lanes. Offered the same depending upon the customer’s requirement
