Complete the day-to-day Progress of the job as per planning schedule and reporting to the Lead Engineers and Manager of whole day progress.
Calibration, Erection & commissioning of Field instruments like various types of Transmitters (Pressure, Temperature, Flow, and Level).
Calibration, Erection & commissioning of ESD valves, Pneumatic Actuators, control valves, Motor operated valves (MOV), Hydraulic Actuators, I/P converter, solenoid valves.
Calibration, Erection & commissioning of Switches like level switch, Pressure switch, temperature switch, Calibration of pressure gauge and temperature gauge.
Erection and commissioning of vibration transmitters, PH and conductivity transmitters.
Experience in preparation/ review of all types of field instruments, material requisitions, cable schedule, instrument data sheets, hook up diagrams, loop diagrams, P&ID's, & As built drawings for instruments.
Construction activities such as installation of field instruments, Bench calibration, Online calibration, loop checking of instruments, Meggering of instruments cables, Continuity test of cables, inter panel wiring, Junction box wiring, Hot and cold loop checking, Functional check as per logic diagram, Panel wiring, Cable glanding & termination.
Regular maintenance, shutdown time maintenance and servicing of control valves, on/off valves, and MOV, Overhauling and troubleshooting of all type of control valves.
Regular maintenance and Calibration of LEVEL, FLOW, PRESSURE, TEMPERATURE TRANSMITTERS and other instruments.
Carrying out project nature major / minor shutdown activities of removing all field instruments, calibration, installing back, inspection, loop checking & commissioning.
Familiar with Temperature Controller and Indicator.
Calibration of Switches like level switch, Pressure switch, temperature switch, Calibration of pressure gauge and temperature gauge.
Ladder logic building, Interlock assigning, troubleshooting in PLC, Loop checking and new Loop assigning in DCS, Familiar with fire alarm systems, Calibration of weighing system.
Familiar with Online Gas Chromatography, PH meter and Conductivity meter, Chlorine gas and Smoke Detector, Online O2 analyzer, Online Air monitoring system.

TESTING AND CALIBRATION OF INSTRUMENTS HANDLED: HART Communicator (Emerson Trex, 475, 375), GE (Druck) FF MONITOR, Loop calibrator and Pressure calibrator (Druck), FLUKE Model 189 & Model 87 V True RMS Multi meter, Dead weight Tester (Nag man, Burden Berg), U-tube Manometer, Digital Temperature calibrator, High Precision Decade Resistance Box, High Precision mV and mA source, DC power supply, Megger, Dial Gages.
