I am working as an Senior Resort Host at JA Resorts & Hotels, Dubai a 873 Rooms luxury 5 star hotel. Before joining JA Resort I was working with The Westin Hyderabad as an Asst. Front Desk Manager a 427 Keys 5 star deluxe hotel and during that I've maintained a 93% customer satisfaction rating.
My core duties at Westin & JA Resort included greeting and registering guests in a 873+ room hotel, as well as memorizing faces, offering personalized service, and balancing between $2000 and $ 5000 in cash every day. i also took reservations over the phone, by email, and in person, and worked diligently to avoid any instances.
I am keen at learning things faster and have a strong communication skill. I have strong computer efficiency as well as proficiency in basics like MS Office and Internet. Authorizes all rebates and paid outs according to the limits set by Management.
Checks all guest registration cards for profile,mode of payment and departure time. Ensures that address for future communication has been taken.
Performs all other job assigned by the Management.
