• Coordinating with Engineering, SCM, Inspection, client, Vendors and other Construction disciplines for Project Execution.
• Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) with different vendors and suppliers with respect to design guidelines of client, delivery schedule and commercial aspects of the project.
• Preparation of Job Procedures / Method statement for various site erection activities and testing activities.
• Reviews and approval of QAP and ITP of vendors/suppliers.
• Reviewing and study the project standard specifications, material specifications, P&ID, Data sheets, Area classification drawings, cable schedules, I/O lists, C&E, BOM, MTO, cabinet and junction box Layout, cable and conduit routing layout, equipment and cable Duct/tray layouts, fire & gas detector layouts, instrument plot plan, hook-up diagrams and Instrument Index etc for job execution.

• Coordinating the control system activities including control panel erection, cable laying, terminations, hardware installation, interface cable laying, testing, Power ON checks, loop checks.
• Contract closing activities like pre-final and final bills preparation, delay analysis, materials reconciliation and As-built/Redline Mark ups preparations.
