• Resource planning, interviewing candidates, budgeting and monitoring progress of engagement including billing and recovery.
• Cultivating and managing business development opportunities. Generating new audit or cross-sell business opportunities.

• Implementing innovative audit technologies to enhance audit efficiency and effectiveness, resulting in significant time and cost savings.

• Managed more than 50 external audit engagements for clients in various industries, including manufacturing, retail, startups, and technology, ensuring adherence to audit standards, timelines, and budgets.
• Conducted risk assessments and developed audit plans tailored to each client's business environment and regulatory requirements, identifying key audit areas and testing procedures.
• Reviewed financial statements, internal controls, and accounting processes to assess compliance with applicable accounting standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepared and presented audit findings, recommendations, and management letters to client management and audit committees, facilitating constructive dialogue and resolution of audit issues.

• Performed substantive testing and analytical procedures to evaluate the accuracy and completeness of financial statements, identifying material misstatements and control deficiencies.
• Assisted in the planning and execution of audit procedures, including walkthroughs, risk assessments, and substantive testing, to ensure audit objectives were met efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborated with audit team members to document audit findings, develop audit workpapers, and prepare audit reports in accordance with professional standards and firm policies.
