Overall responsibilities for Construction and Commissioning as Instrumentation Engineer.

● Construction of Natural & ESP Wells and Water Clusters and Water Injection wells.

● Preparation of MTO for projects and material requisitions. ● Preparation of all I&A related design deliverables through MS-office, Smart plant tools (SP3D, SPI), AUTOCAD, NAVIS, Micro-station, PDS, PDMS

● Expertise in PDS, MicroStation ‘J'

● Sizing of Instruments control valves, Flow, temperature, pressure level transmitters selections and other instruments.

● Working collaboratively with design team, procurement team and other departments.

● Review & Finalizing technical offers from vendors for the supply of equiment's and bulk material.

● Liaising with client and contractor for construction activities.

● Handling different Vendors for different applications as per client requirements.

● Handling Pre-commissioning and Commissioning and Start-Up Activities.

● Provide technical support for Start-up

● Participating in and assisting with the co-ordination of the Project's performance test(s)

● Loop checking, commissioning, and instrument calibration

● Assisting for plant start-up to operational activities.

● Calibration and commissioning of various type of Electronics and Pneumatic Instruments.{Temperature, Pressure , Level , Flow & Control Valves

● GE NEXUS and ROCKWELL RS-5000 logics configuration for ESP Well in Oil Fields.

● Co-Ordinate with Project People to Commissioning and testing of all Process instruments

● Commission systems/subsystems in accordance with the commissioning procedures and commissioning and start-up schedule

● Prepare ITP of instruments, prepare Red line on loop drawing, verifying Electrical And Instrument Interface signals from ESD and DCS system and responsible for preparing Method Statement for Online Changeover of all control systems

● Coordinate the activities of design for construction, preparing pre commissioning procedures, identifying Cause and Effect related to Packages, DCS, ESD and FGS System Activities.

Working with different control Systems like YOKOGAWA, ABB, Rockwell and HONEYWELL Systems.

● Design development and implantation for DCS/PLC Hardware and Software Application development and testing.

● Handling Procurement and shipping materials with respect to Project.

● Reading and Analysing of Control loops and logic development in IEC Languages like, FBD, Structured text, SFC and Ladder logic.

● MS-office, Smart plant tools (SPI), AUTOCAD, Micro-station, and calculation tools like Instrucalc, flowel, etc.

● Cabinet Designing, Wiring Design, for detail engineering & Node allocation snd Sizing the Controllers.

● Third party interface handling like Modbus, Profi-bus, Fieldbus and OPC Connectivity.

● Expertise in preparation of cable scheduling for Hardware and software like (Pre-fab cabling, Network etc,.)

● Handling FAT with EPC and End-User according to these requirements.

● Installation at site, SAT and handling Commissioning activities.

● Following Electric element standard as per IEC standards.
