● Ensures that laboratory methodology, procedures and quality control practices conforming to ISO17025 accreditation are implemented and maintained adequately.

● Monitors quality control activities of the laboratory to determine conformance with established policies, customer, regulatory and accreditation requirements.

● Conducts in-house audits of laboratory procedures to ensure compliance with written SOPs and to identify potential problems.

● Reviews and oversees the writing of standard operating procedures for all analytical procedures, instrument calibration and maintenance.

● Updates all analytical and instrument SOPs in a timely manner, including annual review of SOPs.

● Performs regular internal audits of lab procedures, including test results, internal calibrations, equipment calibration and maintenance and all other aspects of the Quality system as scheduled.

● Investigates corrective actions and outcomes associated with analytical activities as necessary.

● Formulates corrective and preventive actions for any non-conforming aspects of the lab operations, and conducts follow-up assessments on the resolution of these non- conformities.

● Maintains current and accurate records of all relevant communications, audits, corrective action plans and effectiveness monitoring.

● Planning the sampling schedule & Analysis of water in Physical chemical & Microbial analysis.

● Documentation& Internal Audit based on ISO 17025:2017

● Allocate the job responsibilities for the team members

● Train the team members in the laboratory based on ISO 17025:2017 & GLP

● Method Validation and Uncertainty for the Parameters in Water and Wastewater analysis.

● Conduct Review meetings in the laboratory for identify the risk and opportunities

● Developing the methods and SOP’s for the analyzing parameters

● Participate in the PT program conducted by Veolia

● Providing the IQC samples and regularly check the validity of results and performance

● Attending the seminars for improving the quality policy in the lab environment.

● Vendor Evaluation and Authorization

● Report interpretation based on the GSO standards

● Field Visit to Solve the customer issue regarding sample collection and onsite analysis
