• Utilities: The PLC is a purpose-built machine control computer designed to read digital and analog inputs from various sensors.

• Role Specification : RM, CM,PPM,BF,SS,Infra, SSM & MEP Maintenance
• Ensure the daily maintenance request are carried as per the QMS standard and SLA
• Checking the daily operation report and prepare the required spare list from the manufacturer's manual and recommendation
• Ensure the quality of the service standard has been followed in every activity by the team as per the facility management standard for the quality assurance
• Downloading all SR from Maximo, dispatching the SR to technicians, daily updating of the SR list to the Group leader, preparing material requisition, SR closing, follow up list of SRs to make sure that are all closed, filing and proper documentation
• Downloading the monthly PPM work order, scheduling the PPM work orders, and submitting to group leader, regularly updating the status of the PPM activities in the Maximo, and closing all PPM work orders after Completion of work
• Ensure all PPM tasking sheet are every month print out submitted to GL
• Any additional information regarding the assets submitted on daily basis
• Ensure all the technician's assigned PPM / RM are to be carried out as per minimum engineering standard, and all SR /RM update the information and closing on daily basis
• Diagnose the problems provide technical report to the facility manager and prepare rectification plan and insuring the implementation as per the technical standard and manufacturer recommendation
• Collect data and information from systems, BMS and outsourced company to avoid recurring problems with electrical and mechanical plants
• Dispatching of daily service request to technician and preparing for material request in Maximo and corrective maintenance creating in Maximo and follow up for customer feedback
• Responsible for evaluating the cleanliness, safety, and overall condition of the facilities
• Responsible for checking all critical asset which installed in site
• To ensure that the facilities comply with local, state, and federal regulations
• This might include building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
• Specialized Equipment Maintenance
• Ensuring the designed and approved maintenance plan is carried out by in house team or specialize service maintenance contractors and cross check with the site equipment's status, and preparing and submitting the job completion report to FEM
• Planning and directing the in-house team to do periodically test, building asset condition check list and the test report and readings to be file for quality assurance, civil defense, and other international safety rules
• Inspect buildings, building systems or equipment to identify safety/health hazards and recommend improve procedures
• Establish methods of working practice for each task and ensure that all members of the team understand their responsibilities
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly schedules of work for our team reactive maintenance, corrective maintenance, PPM & additional works, and helpdesk jobs
• Duties: As a SSM Executive -
• Managing projects from conception, pre-production through to completion
• Providing technical support to the project team and wider regional teams
• Responsible for overseeing the review, initiation, and execution of contracts
• Managing project budgets and keeping costs down
• Overseeing the maintenance of projects after completion
• Responsible for the completion of all documentation
• Producing Test Plans and reports
• Carrying out effective client liaison for all projects undertaken
• Liaising with customers on a regular basis to ensure the successful design and manufacture of products to agreed budgets and time frames.

Carries out a site verification of observations issue that are closed out by services providers.

Carries out scheduled inspections based on a predefined schedule.

Providing operational support issue of standing instructions along with the other technical managers to the various facility services including fire alarm , access control system, HVAC, Mechanical , BMS asset management & Soft services in accordance with SOP.
