• Prepare accurate budgetary estimates, manage the design team to maintain designs within the approved budget, perform cost analysis, value engineering, benchmarking, and market testing, ensure quality and completeness of deliverables, monitor budget status across packages, and manage procurement to ensure the project is awarded within the approved budget.

2. Jumeirah Eco Center :

• Prepare a budgetary estimate reflecting the company’s sustainability theme, ensure design development aligns with the approved budget, conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and market testing, maintain quality and completeness of deliverables, and support the procurement team to ensure the project is awarded within the approved budget.

3. The Majlis Project :
