• Responsible for the safe operations, maintenance, repair or replacement of equipment’s and systems, to ensure maximum utilization of equipment’s quantity and quality, while supporting the policies, goals and objectives of the company.
• Preparing and implementing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedule for all MEP equipment’s.
• Supervise and guide maintenance teams during repair or installation work on Main Distribution boards, Chillers, AHU, Fire Alarm System, centralized air-conditioning units, exhaust fans, water heaters, fan coil units, laundry and kitchen equipment’s, water treatment facilities, firefighting equipment’s, steam boilers, elevators, and other electrical equipment’s.
• Maintaining electronic equipment like Fire Alarm System, Public Addressable system, Nurse Call system, Sliding Doors, Emergency and Exit lighting system, Sign board son daily preventive and breakdown.
• Erection, commissioning and testing of electrical and mechanical equipment and circuits.
• Conducting TBT training regarding power tools, equipment & health and safety
• Estimation and quotations for small electrical & mechanical projects
• In-depth knowledge of wiring, cabling, and troubleshooting in high rise buildings
• Troubleshooting and Maintenance of Isolated Power Supply (IPS)
• Participate in objective setting, plan development and performance review of equipment’s performance.
• Responds to emergency situations, complaints as necessary.
• Prepares reports, analyzes data, and makes recommendations for improving equipment’s operations and solving maintenance-related problems.
• Ensures that maintenance technicians are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated so that the maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.

• Installation Troubleshooting and maintenance of Main Distribution Boards, Sub Main Distribution Boards, Final Distribution Boards, Capacitor Banks, chillers AHU, package unit and split window AC etc.
• Inspects work performed to determine compliance to standards according to drawings.
• Provides training to staff about work, use of tools and equipment, and relevant safety precautions.
• Inspect completed installations and observe to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
