• Ensured consistent productivity by supervising CNC machine operations.
• Checking Drawing and Issuing drawing to CNC machines.
• Make sure the Target achieving of daily productivity from each machine.
• Daily Monitoring and keep entering the manhours from each job.
• Direct interaction with Design department regarding the drawing issues.

• Supervision on Trup Laser Plate Cutting CNC, Pierson Plasma & Oxy Fuel Plate Cutting CNC, DAMA Plasma & Oxy Plate Cutting CNC, Peddinghaus Section Cutting & Drilling CNC and Power Hack saw machines
• Coordinate with Engineering department NC and Dxf files for CNC machine
• preparing of weekly progress report of CNC machines
• Supervision all Machines in the factory
• Collecting Material from store and issues to CNC machines

Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinated programming teams to meet tight deadlines.
• Preparation of CNC Programming 2 profile plate cutting machine (ESAB).
• Supervision on 2 ESAB profile plate cutting machine & Kaltenbach Section cutting and Drilling CNC.
• Co-ordinate with engineering department NC files, Dxf files for Kaltenbach CNC & profile plate cutting machines.
• Daily entering & monitoring all data’s in the production planning file.
• Preparation of weekly progress report of CNC machines..
• Segregating the single part drawings of each jobs and issue to cutting.
• Keep Filing drawing and Cutting Layouts as per the Job.
