• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS): Proficiency in using software to manage warehouse operations, including inventory tracking, order fulfillment, and reporting.
• Safety and Compliance: Knowledge of regulations and other safety standards applicable to warehouse environments.
• Quality Control: Implementing procedures to ensure the movement of Export
• Budgeting and Cost Control: Managing expenses related to warehouse operations.
• Forecasting: Predicting future demand to optimize inventory levels.
• Data Analysis: Using data to identify trends, improve performance, and make informed decisions.
• Transportation Management: Overseeing the movement of goods in and out of the warehouse and

coordinating with Logistics &Procurement team for

distributions.

Job Responsibility:

● Responsible for the close monitoring of stock levels.

● Planning, coordinating and monitoring the receipt, order assembly and dispatch of goods.

● Efficient utilization of space and mechanical handling equipment, ensuring quality, budgetary targets and environmental objectives are met.

● Supervising and ensuring the correct transaction of Inventory Receipts and Issuances.

● Coordinating with Logistics &Procurement team for Distributions.

● Generating pending orders report from system and follow-up with Warehouse/ Logistics Team.

● Complete inventory management including ensuring integrity & accuracy of Inventory records.

● Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met.

● Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

● Ensuring all activities of export orders are in order to generate the packing list and dispatch note as well as receiving both local and imported materials with appropriate documents.

● Instrumental in coordinating the loading of export orders with warehouse staffs in line with the advice given from respective departments.

● Ensures timely replenishment, correct reservation and physical check of stock items.

● Keeping stock control systems up to date and ensuring inventory accuracy.

● Reconciliation of Inventory Variances.

● Preparing all discrepancy reports and inform to Audit/Finance team.

● Generating all MIS Reports related to Inventory.

● Any other tasks assigned by Top management.
