• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, and monitor and control the project progress, performance, and risks.

Hilton Hotels-Garden Inn(234 keys-4 star) & Embassy Suites(104 keys-5 star) in Dubai,Business Bay.

IHG Hotels-Hoiliday Inn(287keys-4 star) & Staybride Suites(120 keys-3 star)in Dubai,Business Bay.

• Scope of work included interior design, consulting, work supervision and project management of high end finished hotel guest rooms and public areas.

ROLE:

• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, and monitor and control the project progress, performance, and risks.
• Create timelines and milestones for each phase of the project.
• Management of all subcontractors.
• Established cost and risk benefit propositions to meet agreed project milestones.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that the project meets industry standards and client expectations.
• Execution, supervision and inspection of structural, architectural and interior fit-out works of Hotel Building and Beach Villas
• Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize output.
• Conducting snag inspection, attending the snags and submitting the de-snag inspection request to Consultant review and approval.
• Manage the project budget and resources, and ensure timely and accurate invoicing and reporting.
• Ensure the quality and workmanship of every activity, thorough knowledge of all phases of engineering construction relating to Mechanical, Civil, Architectural and Structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary operations.

PROJECT:

The Address Fujairah Resort and Spa(196 key 5 star Hotel,10 beach villas and 177 branded apartments with private pools and gardens,beachfront and hotel amenities)

• Scope of work included construction of main hotel building , 4 residential apartments buildings, 10 villas and Landscaped gardens, gym, spa and specialty restaurant.

ROLE:

• Execution, supervision and inspection of structural,architectural and interior design,fit-out and joinery works.
• Analysis of project documents, drawings, BOQs, Technical Specification etc.
• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, and monitor and control the project progress, performance, and risks.
• Liaising with internal and external stake holders for design and execution of the works.
• Settlement of Project disputes/clarifications during the execution of project.
• Managing the Subcontractor’s activities to get the progress as per the approved construction program.
• Quality control in accordance with method statements, quality plans and inspection and test plans, all prepared by the project management team and by subcontractors.

Jumeirah Gate

• Scope of work included the construction of a mixed-use twin 74-story tower development that will accommodate a 182 key five-star hotel, 479 residential apartments as well as 496 serviced- branded apartments.

One at Palm

• Scope of work included the construction of a 25-story residential luxury apartment building that will accommodate 94 luxury apartment units.

Blue Waters Hospitality Project in Blue Waters Island

• Scope of work included construction of two hotel buildings, two residential serviced apartment buildings, beach clubs, beach service buildings, pump room & external services laying for landscape, external roads and foot paths.

Lapita Hotel,Dubai Parks and Resorts,Autograph Collection

• Scope of work included construction of a main hotel building, eight cluster buildings, one spa, three luxury villas and external services .

ROLE:

• Setting out the works in accordance with the latest approved drawings and specification.
• Manage and control the overall construction supervision of the project effectively.
• Ensuring the quality of works.
• Analysis of project documents, drawings, BOQs, Technical Specification etc.
• Settlement of Project disputes/clarifications during the execution of project.
• Proper Planning and scheduling the works on weekly and monthly basis.
• Monitoring the progress of work on weekly and monthly basis in comparison with approved construction program.
• Prepare the material procurement schedule as per the material requirement at the site.
• Proper follow up with the procurement department for getting the purchase orders.
• Conducting the monthly progress review meeting with project team.
• Direct, coordinate and monitor the day to day activities of the site supervision team.
• Ensure that all the work is performed strictly in accordance with approved Drawings, Specifications and Contract Conditions.

PROJECT:

• Scope of work included the construction of 23 storied residential apartment tower, consisting of 65 numbers of luxury apartments with 3 bed rooms.

ROLE:

• Execute the works as per the specification and approved drawing, ensure with the quality.
• Coordinate with other disciplines,consultants,and attend project coordination/progress meeting from time to time.
• Analysis of project documents, drawings, BOQs, Technical Specification etc.
• Manpower allocation to various works as per site requirement.
• Maintained strict quality control procedures;conducted regular site safety monitoring and weekly site walks.
• Prepares, recommends and implements effective value engineering.
• Cary out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activity at the site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan.

PROJECT:

• Scope of consists of excavation and laying of 65 km main water supply pipeline and construction of four numbers of water reservoirs in Al Amerat Municipality, Muscat, Oman.

ROLE:

• Ensure smooth flow of work by optimization of resources with compliance to quality, safety, housekeeping and timely deliverance; encourage harmony among different sub-contractors to work together as a unit.
• Oversee variable aspects of projects and provide direct assistance to ensure timely project execution
• Execution, supervision and inspection of structural, architectural and interior fit-out works.
• Implements proper planning and documentation such as defining work activities, preparing work schedules, assigning and allocating resources and developing an acceptable budget.
• Material management, Proper control over material wastage.

Scope of works consisting of the construction of 5 story head office building and shaded car parking for the Oman Electricity Transmission Company.
