Played an active role in 2025/2026 with ITM Dubai in V Group for a full integration Project of Bulk carriers with V ships for the Dubai Cluster for a fleet of 25 vessels. Was involved with all the various work streams and the owners in the entire integration of the company including the preparation of Budgets / Inspections of vessels and preparing of repairs costs on the statutory issues., Played an active role with the team in Chennai in TMSA audits over the last Five years and handled various elements independently as allotted to self-including Shell, BP and Exxon., FEB 2016 – APR 2016 - Was involved in Batam shipyard in a project to revive a decommissioned vessel ( which was decommissioned for two years after being destroyed by a fire ),taking her into our management , assisting in getting her back into class and on completion of complete repairs, sea trails done. Vessel was then taken to Singapore and on completion of Port state control inspection the vessel was handed over to new managers., NOV 2014 – FEB 2015 – Involved in the sale of NYK Lines oldest Gas Carrier under my command. Prepared the vessel for Port state and Oil major inspections. Carried out buyers inspections and finally class inspections to ensure smooth sale of vessel and final Hand over of LPG Gas Aries to her new owners ,, Have prepared various kinds of vessels for various audits namely ISM, ISPS and MLC audits. Have conducted pre ISM, ISPS, MLC audits on various vessels and have assisted in conducting and carrying out Flag of registry changes on vessels, Class Audits and Docking surveys., Given various presentations during our seminars with owners and Sea farers over the last ten years held in Chennai.
