To utilize my technical experience, skills and knowledge in BIM Industry that encourages on my career development, where I shall provide a meaningful contribution through the skills I have earned for the growth and successful execution of the project and Organization.
Role – My job is to coordinate with client for design inputs and RFI solutions and also to ensure the team to capture the inputs with in the dead line.
Scope – Developing LOD 300 model and IFC drawings for ICT, Security surveillance & AV systems.
Project Description - Lusail Plaza towers is the tallest in the state forming the gateway to the city of Lusail and most iconic commercial high-rise towers in Qatar. A mixed-use building with two towers at 70 stories and two at 50 stories totaling a GFA of 660,000 sq.m (excluding landscape area) and 13,150 car park spaces. The project is in located in 4 separate adjacent plots. Each plot accommodates a super tall tower and podium area with 3 to 4 low rise buildings on each podium.
Role – As a BIM Coordinator my role is to ensure the model is as per the design requirements and to coordinate the issues and clashes as they arise. Weekly progress meetings are held.
Scope – Developing LOD 350.
Project Description - A data center warehouse for the Client who is hosting their server for a specific region. The scope of works is to work with MEP consultant and ensure the model reflects the design and resolves any construct abilities issues prior to their construction activities on the field as the structural works are ongoing.
Role – As a BIM Coordinator I was involved in assisting the team for developing data enriched BIM models & drawings to meets the contractors requirements. Creating Coordination RFI's and getting solutions for them from the relevant parties.
Scope – LOD 400 & 500
Project Description - This Mall will encompass a gross leasable area of over 2,000,00 Sq mts consisting of approximately 750 retail and dining outlets spread over two levels. The latest addition to the premier lifestyle destination in UAE. The mall complements the destinations high-end residential, commercial and office spaces, chic hospitality offerings, enriching leisure facilities and its prestigious golf fairways. The architecture and interiors take inspiration from the concept of a central courtyard with a series of interconnected streetscapes. The angular layout provides easy orientation and a clear focus on the central space for events and special features
Role - Sr.Bim Engineer
Scope - Developing BIM Models from concept stage to LOD300.
Project description - THE RIG project will span an area of more than 150,000 square meters and provide a multitude of hospitality offerings, adventures, and aquatic sporting experiences. It is part of PIF’s strategy to further strengthen Saudi Arabia’s international entertainment and tourism offering.
Role - As a part of Process mechanical department, I was involved in developing Airport’s Potable & fire pump stations, sewage lifting stations & storm water pump stations from concept to IFC stage. My job is to ensure the drawings are meeting the spatial and design requirements and BIM models are aligned with ISO19650 standards. Need to take part in weekly meetings to resolve or rise issues.
Scope – Developing from concept to IFC stage drawings.
Project Description – Airport will provide a next generation smart experience through revolutionary design and the use of cutting-edge technology, to create a unique and
exquisite travel experience.
Role – Deployed as Sr.BIM Engineers to site to make sure the models are built as per the design and extracting coordinated clash free drawings.
Scope - IFC Stage.
Project Description - Formerly known as the Burj 2020 District, will include more than 10 million sq/ft of grade A commercial and residential space, more than 200 retail and F&B outlets, approximately 3,000 residences, a unique central entertainment plaza, and several luxury hotels all offering supreme amenities for residents, workers and guests.
Role – Developing models in base with design concepts explained by consultant.

Project Description - An exquisite development consisting of 41-storey mixed use building featuring a grand atrium lobby rising up to 5 floors, with world class amenities. It includes 4 basement levels for parking, ground floor for entrance and retail and 39 typical floors for residential units.

Project Description - The design is a modern interpretation of Islamic Architecture. The shell was formed with a series of different leveled concrete frames with a glass facade at the bottom of the roof for lighting. The interior can be experienced as a single space with a height of 12m.
Role – Assisting Coordinator's to achieve daily submissions by generating data enriched BIM models.

Project Description - The ambitious project will see twin glass-facade towers rise above the city, the larger standing at 300 meters tall and The mountains will soon be sharing a skyline with a man-made behemoth. Project Description - Residential & commercial building which has 4 podium levels and 3 towers (Tower 1-57 floors, Tower 2-67 floors, Tower 3-55 floors).
Role – BIM Engineer.

Project Description - The residential towers, Act One I Act Two, rise at the heart of the Opera District, flanking The Opera House. Their design was inspired by the iconic Dubai Fountain and, apart from providing a dynamic facade; act as a gateway to the world's most notable project, Burj Khalifa. The development of the project Basement 4 levels, P
and G+ 54 storeys 2 Buildings. The two towers are purely residential comprising of high end 1BHK, 2BHK and 3BHK apartments, total BUA: 1, 60,000 SQM.Two service floor in each tower has mechanical, Electrical and pump rooms that serves 20 floors.

Project Description - The development of the project Basement, Ground G+7 storey Hotel building, The Hotel building designed with 552 Guest rooms. Su areas with mechanical room, pump rooms and electrical rooms that helps in building function.
