Traditional Indian yoga is a 5-tier system that will help enhance physical, emotional, mental, intellectual and spiritual well-being. I am a certified Yoga Instructor specialising in traditional Indian yoga and Yin yoga, adept at leading comprehensive one-hour sessions encompassing preparatory practices, asanas, pranayama, stress management and meditation. Sessions can be customised according to the capabilities and needs of the students, for example, for slimming, diabetes management or stress management. Sessions can include special cardiac movements, exercise for preventing rheumatic problems and breathing techniques to increase immunity. Yin yoga sessions focus on making the deep connective tissues supple by improving the flow of energy, thereby increasing mobility, specially of joints. Wall Yin yoga sessions can be very relaxing and restorative.
