- Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinating with site Engineer & General foreman for day to day survey work
- Mark line and level as per approved / applicable drawings
- Clarify and assist in any unclear issues on drawings
- Ensure calibrated instruments are used and notify relevant department on expiry
- Ensure latest issues of drawings are being used and superseded issues are isolated
- Ensure line calibrations and accuracy checking of instrument before use
- Ensure site changes are relayed to site engineers or senior person
- Ensure necessary coordination with client/subcontractor and QA/QC
- Determine and resolve, principle causes of any non conformance
- Ensure that all contractual /company , local authority requirements for quality , health safety and environment and AD EHSMS requirements are complied with
- Ensure permits are available for relevant works on site and all safety precautions are taken.
- Preparing and monitoring all surveying equipment’s.
- Liaising with in-house project management teams and subcontractors
- Supervising and controlling works carried out by sub-contractors and reporting the deviations to the project management.
