Key Responsibilities

• Commission and troubleshoot HVAC Building Management Systems (BMS) for commercial and industrial facilities.
• Configure, program, and commission Trane Tracer SC+, UC600 controllers, and DDC control logic.
• Perform chiller plant commissioning, testing, and optimization for air-cooled and water-cooled chillers.
• Integrate chillers, primary and condenser water pumps, cooling towers, valves, VFDs, and field devices into BMS.
• Diagnose and resolve communication issues involving BACnet, Modbus, and Profibus networks.
• Modify and optimize control sequences to improve system performance, reliability, and energy efficiency.
• Commission sensors, actuators, control valves, pressure transmitters, temperature sensors, and flow meters.
• Troubleshoot electrical control panels, relay circuits, MCC panels, and field wiring.
• Support BMS upgrade and retrofit projects, including controller replacement and system migration.
• Use Trane Rover software for controller configuration, diagnostics, firmware updates, and commissioning.
• Prepare commissioning reports, point-to-point verification documents, method statements, and technical service reports.
• Coordinate with project managers, commissioning engineers, and clients to ensure successful project execution.
• Perform preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and emergency troubleshooting on HVAC control systems.

• Preparing the detailed cost estimated quotations and planning the Work schedule report, arranging materials and Document Control.
• Conducted site visits to gather necessary data and assess project conditions.
• Analyse blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications to determine project requirements and scope.
• Coordinated with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotes and assess material costs.
• Perform value engineering to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize project budgets.
• Making method of statement, Risk assessment and Document control.
