Worked as General Maintenance Engineer in HALLIBURTON Overseas Ltd.

• Managed/coordinated the maintenance lab team for one year in Kuwait.
• Responsible for coordinating with the field service coordinator/field engineering/maintenance team and operation management for the ongoing jobs/activity.
• Assigned with the role of local radiation safety officer (LRSO) for my location.
• Part of the team of internal auditor for HMS audit for cross PSLs and audited many PSLs for HMS audit qualification.

• Supported the Qatar operations and prepared/managing to successfully execute the first Qatar Petroleum Job.

• Went to Saudi Arabia for one month to fix 3 advanced tools (MRIL-D and MRIL-XL) which were down since long time.
• Successfully repaired the tool and made it operational.

• Under general supervision assists in performing preventive and corrective maintenance on Logging and Perforating surface and downhole equipment.
• Trains directly under a Professional - Maintenance, to gain knowledge and experience in maintaining logging equipment and tools.
• Requires knowledge of Surface Systems and open and cased hole tools, PM I, PM II and Lab testing equipment.

• Applied Preventive Maintenance (PM1/PM2) to logging tools.
• Repair Logging tools and Surface system as well.
• Applied maintenance plan depending on the number of jobs done by each tool.
• Kept operative (maintenance and repair) special tools like MRIL, RDT, OMRI.

• Electronic and mechanical Maintenance/Troubleshooting/Implementing modifications for down-hole tools and surface system equipment.
• Ordering spare parts through SAP.
• Ensured there is always stock of consumables like different oils, Silicon RTV, solder, wires, hand tools, etc.
