Proposed and implemented Precast Boundary walls for Town Houses and Stand-Alone Villas Clusters, effectively reducing project duration and thus commercially adapted.
Lead a team of 3 engineers for a factory visit in Beijing, China (J&H Glass Factory) to evaluate the supplier capacity, quality compliance and commitment to follow complicated project schedule (Khalidiya Shining Tower-Abu Dhabi) and continued the visit alone and made sure successful completion of scope & Project by Vendor.
Proposed Lightweight Concrete panels instead of normal block and plaster at Emaar Boulevard Heights-Dubai to save time, increase productivity and to add revenue for project and was successful to save approximately 3 million AED as overall.
Being a Technical engineer with great exposure to R.C.C detailing steel rebar supplier's shop drawings were thoroughly reviewed and revised to avoid unnecessary lapping's and use of couplers and thus saving around 10-15% on rebar Consumption.
