• TPI Civil, Witness and attend site inspection testing as per approved procedure and acceptance criteria. Responsible for the inspection in the implementation of different aspects of General Civil works such as: Earthworks activities - backfilling, compaction works / testing & for different civil structural structures, buildings & other Civil works. Pre-pour inspection of formworks/rebar’s of certain structures prior to concrete pouring, witnessing Laboratory concrete test results such as soil analysis - sieve analysis, soil chemical properties for sub-grade, sub-base, & base coarse aggregates, Compressive strength of concrete, grouting, concrete durability test, sampling of concrete & other general works concerning to civil works.
• QA/QC Inspector, Attend all necessary inspection as identified in the approved inspection and Test plan (ITP). Raising of RFI/MIR. Coordinating with Client regarding the site activities as per their requirement. Inspection of all Civil, Arch, Geo technical & Structural Works. Soil sampling and testing checks in formation, general fill, subbase and road base materials. Concrete mix design checks, including aggregate and cement sampling and testing. Asphalt mix design checks, including aggregate and bitumen sampling and testing, also transportation and laying specification requirements. Responsible for ensuring standard and quality of work executed by civil services contract(s) including carpentry, masonry, plumbing, concreting, and excavation work etc. Witness the Survey Activities. Material Submittal/Inspection. Raising Quality Observation Report/NCR etc. Responsible for checking the quality during execution of assigned tasks in a fast-paced time bound schedule. Responsible for project documentation. Responsible for coordination with other project team members for the project execution keeping quality. In charge of QA/QC for the assigned construction activities, to achieve the work completion as per approved specification & standards. Coordinating the Engineers & sub-contractors for Quality assurance. Witness the trial mix activities and review the reports. Arrange the Quality training. Inspection of incoming materials as per approved specifications & standards. Witnessing the testing of Civil, Arch & Geo technical material @site&3rdparty laboratory. • Site Engineer, Plan and schedule the work and efficiently organize the site/facilities in order to meet an agreed Programmed of deadlines. Ensure that the work is done in accordance with the approved Method Statement and is inspected and tested in accordance with the approved Inspection and Testing Plan. Attend regular meetings with Technical Coordinator, Project Engineer and/or General Superintendent and keep them informed of progress. Supervise and monitor the site labor force through General Superintendent and/or General Foreman, monitoring the work of any subcontractors to complete the work as per contract requirements. Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise at the site in consultation with the Technical Coordinator, Project Engineer and/or General Superintendent. Prepare necessary paperwork for the completion of work and get it authorized by the Engineer after their inspection. Assist Planning Engineer in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports on the progress of work. Read and understand construction and other drawings, specifications, and other technical information. Mark field changes on construction drawings and assist in preparation of As Built drawings. Support the survey team and provide assistance if necessary. Preparing Bar Bending Schedule. Making bills for sub-contractor and company. Coordinating with consultants.
