I have led internal and external corporate communication teams through change management, corporate restructuring, and have launched and implemented several corporate business strategies during my tenure at Dubai Chambers. Empowerment and talent nurturing are the two main characteristics of my leadership style as I am a firm advocate of the fact that long-term results are created by all of the great people doing the work — not just the one person who has the privilege of leading the team. At present, I offer this experience to clients in different domains and sectors across the region through my work as a strategic communication consultant.
