• Governance & Compliance: Establish and enforce business unit governance policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring alignment with contractual, regulatory, and internal policy compliance.
• Operational Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks across finance, HR, and technology, implementing strategies to reduce bottlenecks and operational delays.
• Process Improvement: Identify process inefficiencies and implement workflow improvements, driving continuous improvement initiatives and incorporating automation tools and industry best practices.
• Operational Audits & Reviews: Conduct regular operational audits and process documentation reviews to ensure policies are followed and processes are scalable.
