• Monitor The center facilitates training, meetings, banquets, lectures, and events to comfortably accommodate over 2,000 people
• Preparing pre-event planning meetings with ABC operation & Protocol services
• Making sure all fire exits are clear at all the times, all staircases also monitored
• Making sure that the contractors are following safety and security rules during work
• Coordinates and issues park identification stickers in compliance with policy and procedures

§ coordination of all control room acting as the central reporting facility for all ADNOC group control room regarding “serious incident notification”.

§ notification and communications to senior and executive management and the crisis management team upon advice of a “serious incident notification”.

§ provide and manage control room, security command centers, access control and personal& property scanning & maintaining record of Lost & Found items .

§ operate, monitor, assess, maintain CCTV systems comprising of cameras ensuring visual images are always to the standards and ensuring compliance with data protection.

§ Organize client’s safety meetings/toolbox, fire emergency procedures, induction/conferences, conducting security training at regular basis. mobilizing the security team (Incident commander & security supervisor & guards).

§ INERGEN GAS rooms, Electrical rooms, IDT and mechanical rooms controlling the access

§ Reporting overnight stay vehicles, parking violations and forwarding report to car park management with complete details.

§ Having check over Contractors/Sub contractors who are working at UCP premises? Making sure the companies having valid Entry and work permit.

§ Reporting maintenance issues via MSR, CAFM to the concerned authorities with regular follow up.

§ Preparing Monthly and Yearly statistic report.

§ Managing the dedicated emergency telephone and intercom systems, Emergency Phones inside the elevators

• In (ASSD) Ministry of interior, Control & investigate and report all incident reports from locations to high management (Axillary security service department)
• Implementing comprehensive security strategies with Axillary security service department
• Receiving all security reports from 198 location within security guard manpower 2150 in Abu Dhabi and preparing official incident reports
• Operate and monitor all the functions within it including surveillance, alarm, telephonic and radio systems, as well as the distribution of keys and recording details in the logbook.

• Monitoring alarms to ensure that equipment is functioning properly
• Maintaining records of daily operations, including maintenance schedules and equipment performance
• Responding to alarms by contacting operators at other facilities or initiating emergency response procedures
• Prepared variety of different written communications, reports and documents.

• Responsibility to assist in the supervision of all the security development, performance and maintenance within the organization to meet my targets and those of the team, efficient running of the team,
• Contribute to training and development, assist my ,manager in achieving complete security management systems in accordance with the site plans and compliance and adherence to legislation and agreed regulatory bodies processes and procedures, performing all duties in compliance with security issues insert as applicable
