  • As VP Campaigns Marketing, I was tasked with driving the positioning of Expo 2020 in domestic and international
    markets, across both consumer and business segments. This included creating compelling stories and campaigns for a wide range of audiences across a breadth of platforms, liaising with internal and external stakeholders including Partners and International Participants to ensure consistency in messaging and identify opportunities for collaboration, and building relationships with local suppliers and agencies.
  • My team of 13 talents was tasked with maintaining Expo owned channels including digital and social, upholding the integrity of the Expo 2020 brand across all touchpoints, and helping deliver more than 24 million visits to Expo with 60 percent of our budget dedicated to digital marketing.
  • Oversaw creative and activation agency relationships making sure all campaigns across domestic and international markets are planned, created, and executed according to the Expo brand guidelines, marketing brief, and approved budgets within strict delivery timelines.
  • This position was also tasked with managing marketing collateral for a key component of Expo 2020 legacy; The Programme for People & Planet, around which more than 220 events were convened that were covered with hundreds of creative collaterals in a detailed pre, during and post tailor-made social content strategy for thematic event weeks dedicated to solve the world's 10 most urgent challenges culminating with the Global Goals Week, led by the United Nations, which brought the world together at Expo 2020 Dubai from 15 to 21 January 2022 to mobilize and accelerate momentum to advance the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and drive global change for a more sustainable future for all by 2030.
