My responsibilities were managing all work related to sales as follows:

  • Brand awareness through door-to-door doctors' visits, hiring KOLs, planning and conducting lectures and workshops with international renowned speakers, and establishing agreements with educational and dental institutes and universities inside the country to train and support postgraduate students.
  • Identifying VIPs and influencers and establishing relationships with them
  • Forecasting and reporting prospect sales monthly and quarterly.
  • Hiring and training salespeople on the technical aspects of our products as well as sales strategies
  • Managing stock through monthly analysis and reordering low stock items from the head office in the US or Europe.
  • Managing and hiring and expanding our logistics team and sales coordinators according to workflow and capacity.
  • Studying the market for high demand products and approaching manufacturers from around the world to add these products to our portfolio.
