• Nurturing, mentoring, and educating children, by creating a warm, loving, and safe environment where they can thrive and grow.

• Creating and designing weekly Lesson plans to instill learning in various areas such as – Numeracy, Language, Arts, Social development etc., by incorporating hands-on learning activities and through creative play.

• Regularly collaborating and communicating with other staff members (teachers, assistants, and administration and management staff) with regard to children’s progress, safety and extra-curricular activities/ events related to the school.

Worked as a Teaching Practice Candidate for 420 Hours, to attain an ‘International Diploma in Montessori Pedagogy’.

• Managing and leading a team of in-flight crew members to deliver a world-class service par excellence.
• Motivating and encouraging crew members to deliver a superior standard of service through praise and recognition.
• Ensuring high standards of customer well-being and in-flight safety.
• Providing medical assistance when required, as a trained paramedic.
• Have been trained in aircraft 'Safety Emergency Procedures'
• Have received necessary First-Aid training, which includes, but is not limited to, BLS (Basic Life Support) - CPR, Choking, Bleeding etc.

• Managing and leading a team of in-flight crew in ensuring a service delivery of the highest standards, with an aim to achieve customer delight and ensure customer welfare on every flight.
• Ensuring all crew members are well versed in aircraft Safety as well as First -Aid.
