  • All the institutions in UAE belong to the India-based KIMSHEALTH, which already has a strong foothold in Southern India. KIMSHEALTH has a total of 24 institutions in India and Gulf comprising of hospitals and medical centers. In GCC, KIMSHEALTH has its presence in Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman and UAE.
  • Roles & Functional Areas:
  • Support and enhance human resource processes that are currently in place, including recruitment, performance management, training, compensation & benefit processes and DHA coordination for facility changes/New department/Licenses/Doctors Licenses Upgradation & additions, Coordination with DHA for inspection of LAB & premises.
  • Coordinate the visa/ID/Labor application and issuance process for all new executives and other staff.
  • Orientation & Induction of new staff, preparation & filing of documents.
  • Coordinate & Handle Housekeeping, Travel, Photography, Welfare Activities, Staff training, Uniforms, Complaints & grievances, Attendance etc of all staff.
  • Leave Management and Time schedule Management of all Doctors and other staff

  • Screening & Recruiting of Nurses & all other non-medical departments organizing interviews and tests
