  • Integral part of Emaar Malls leasing team, responsible for effectively managing and leasing retail spaces across a vast portfolio, including Dubai Mall, Dubai Marina Mall, Dubai Hills Mall, Dubai Creek Harbour, and community centers.
  • Currently, with a primary focus on Dubai Marina Mall, Expo City Mall, Dubai Creek Harbour, and upcoming community centers. Assigned to manage key groups such as Al Shaya, Azadea, Chalhoub including several larger groups Rivoli, Jashanmal, Al Yasra, Al Khayyat, Al Mana.

  • Successfully secured a lease for an anchor entertainment tenant covering 17,000 square feet for the Fountain Views project.
  • Negotiated a lease for an anchor hypermarket covering 70,000 square feet for the Zabeel expansion.
  • Cultivated a robust network in the medical field, securing leases for several clinics over 5,000 square feet across Dubai Hills Mall, Mira Town Centre, Downtwon, Arabian Ranches 3, and The Valley.
  • Attracted multiple new retail brands to the Emaar portfolio and the UAE market.
