In my position, I manage the accounts payable function with a focus on handling a significant monthly turnover, approximately AED 45 million. This involves overseeing all aspects of the accounts payable process, including the management of inter-group transfers and international transactions & Vendor payments.
  • Responsibilities Accounts Payable: Developing and Implementing Streamlined Processes advances to vendors & adjustments, Preparing Daily Cash Reports, Fostering Strong Relationships with Vendors, Monthly Purchase Order Reports, Ensuring Invoice Accuracy and Compliance, Supervisory Skills, Vendor Reconciliation of the invoices, Annual Maintenance Contract reconciliation, Handling Intercompany Transfers, Preparing Comprehensive Monthly and Year-End Statements accrual basis, Oral and written communication skills, Resolving issues, All Building Utilities payments, Tenant Ejari payments Dubai & Abudhabi, Noqodi Reconciliation.
  • My ongoing efforts in monitoring legal cases and managing related financial transactions. I have been diligently tracking legal cases to ensure that all actions and procedures are in strict accordance with legal requirements. Additionally, I promptly post all payables and accurately charge tenants as per the established legal guidelines & invoices received from Legal Firm / Internal department also.
  • Responsibilities Accounts Receivables: In my previous Companies, I gained substantial experience in accounts receivable which has been highly valuable in my current role, When Colleague is on leave, I am handling the Accounts Receivable function end to end (A to Z). This involves ensuring the smooth and efficient shipment processing. Dubai Customs: I manage all aspects related to Dubai Customs for air import and air export shipments.   • In my second role as an Accountant Receivables / Accountant Payables worked with Usmani Associates, a contractor for the Lucky Cement Factory's 800-ton-per-day project in Nooriabad Hyderabad Sindh / KPT Flyover Pakistan .During this period, I was appointed as the Project Accountant. In this role, I was responsible for managing various day-to-day accounting activities, including Handling payroll for project personnel Engineers & Labours, overseeing advances to subcontractors after the receipt of funds from the Head Office Chief Accountant. This experience has further honed my skills in project accounting and has provided me with valuable insights into managing large-scale financial operations in construction company.

  • My first position was at DEWA Mushtaq Textile Mills Ltd as a Store Accountant. In this role, I was responsible for maintaining invoices and managing the inventory management system for spinning textiles. At the time of my joining, the inventory management was handled manually using bin cards.
  • Recognizing the need for modernization, I was tasked by management with the transition to a computerized inventory management system. To achieve this, I coordinated closely with Sun Consulting Software House to ensure a smooth and effective implementation. Additionally, I oversaw the computerization of inventory management systems for a total of four textile mills, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all stores & very confident about Inventory management system according to International Standard Organization, this task presented several challenges, but I am pleased to report that it successfully completed. The process was demanding, but with perseverance and the grace of God, I was able to overcome the obstacles and deliver a robust system that meets the requirements of Textiles.
  • Throughout my experience, I have developed a strong understanding of the system’s capabilities and its application in managing inventory effectively. My experience with the Inventory Management System has equipped me with the skills to handle multiple stores efficiently. I am adept at maintaining accurate inventory records, managing vendor invoices, and ensuring that all inventory-related tasks are executed seamlessly through the system.
