The CNC serves as a Tier 1 application for Emirates Airline, through which customers receive operational and transaction-related flight notifications

Responsibilities / Accomplishments

• Product Vision: Developing a clear and concise vision for the product and effectively communicating it to the team
• Articulating the product's goals, objectives, and benefits to stakeholders
• Product Backlog Management: Creating and maintaining the product backlog, prioritizing features and requirements, and ensuring the backlog aligns with the product vision and goals
• Requirements Gathering: Understanding the needs of customers and stakeholders and gathering and documenting requirements that guide the development team

• Sprint Planning and Execution: Collaborating with the development team to plan and execute sprints, ensuring that sprint goals are aligned with the product vision and backlog
• Stakeholder Management: Managing stakeholder expectations, communicating progress, and gathering feedback to ensure that the product meets business and user needs
• Product Launch: Planning and executing the product launch, ensuring that the product is market-ready and meets customer and business needs.

IBE- Internet Booking Engine

IBE is used to create the Bookings and EMD from different channels like IBE desktop, Web mobile, IOS app and Android app.

Responsibilities / Accomplishments

• Managing and Leading the Testing activities
• Extensively involved in all the stages of Testing life cycle
• Involved in Requirement gathering Workshops with end users
• Developed an automated test framework for evaluating web application products
• Creation of test strategy documentation
• Provide Trainings and Functional Assistance to Teams
• Handling end to end test planning and test estimations based on the project requirements by adhering to the quality deliverables as well as involved in test case design, test execution, test metrics and defect tracking using the tools JIRA and HP ALM.

SITA (Horizon End to End Integration of PSL and ASL)

Worked on Horizon End to End integration of SITA PSL and ASL

Responsibilities / Accomplishments

• Leading testing and delivery activities
• Involved in User documentation, Requirement Elicitation, and estimations
• Performed Integration testing and functional testing for end-to-end Horizon suite (includes data flow between Mobile, Web and Desktop applications)
• Involved in creation, Review and execution of End-to-End test cases
• Web Service Testing through Soap UI
• UI Testing using Selenium
