Carrying out NDT Inspection in Line ,Base And Wheels & Brake Shop, Engine Shop, Structure as a Certifying Aircraft NDT Inspector .Performing Wishbone Inspection on GE90 Engine's fitting on B777 Aircrafts using Baroscope kit trained by Safran . Being well versed with all the Nondestructive testing manuals, aircraft maintenance manuals & Component maintenance manual and ULTA MAIN SYSTEM, GROUP WORLD, ORACLE /AIRNAV/Q PULSE /EDOC communication systems of Emirates ENG, and other digital aircraft publications. Performing NDT inspection on A320,A380,B737, & B777 wheels & brakes components with NDT methods, PT,MT,ET and UT . Assisted in carried out Ultrasonic inspection on B737 & A380 bearing bore area using shear wave & helping engineers other UT inspection on Aircraft ,Pulse echo, Bond/Delamination/Tab testing .

Certified Aircraft NDT Inspector & Aircraft Technician

Carrying out Non-Destructive testing / Inspections of various Aircraft, Engines and its components as per respective NTM’s, adhering to all the requirements of the Regulatory bodies, making decision and judgment, evaluate, interpret, certify inspection result and certify all related documentation (NRC’s, Routine Cards, EY, ENG NDT Approved Test Certificate). Maintaining all the associated Quality and Safety requirements of the NDT SHOP and NDT LAB as per ASTM, British Standards and company written practice. Responsible for coordinating with the EY ENG machine shop for manufacturing of NDT CALIBRATION STANDARDS. Being well versed with all the Nondestructive testing manuals, aircraft maintenance manuals& Component maintenance manual and ORACLE /AIRNAV/Q PULSE /EDOC communication systems of EY ENG, and other digital aircraft publications. NDT Certified Technician for Airbus A320, A330, A380, B737, B767, B787, B777 and also supporting line maintenance, Base and wheel & Brake shop. Assisted in carrying out A380 Wing spar inspection with Phase Array training Certificate awarded by Airbus.

Wheel & Brakes Responsibilities- Certify supervise and stage release of wheels & brakes components as per Regulatory requirement , company Technical Procedure manual OEM procedure manual as following task below-Associated in carrying out tire change, repair, and overhaul of AIRBUS A380, A-340, A-330, A-321 and A-320, A319 aircraft family wheels.

Carrying out overhaul, tire change, repair of BOEING B-777, B787, B-747, B-737 aircraft wheels and C-17 military C130 and Q 400, aircraft wheels.

Carrying out, overhaul, repair, heat pack change and maintenance of brakes of Airbus& Boeing fleets A319,320, 321,A330 ,A340 & B737 ,B777, B787.

Completed Honeywell training on A380 wheels and brake.

Completed Messier Bugatti training on BOEING- 787main wheels & nose wheels.

Thorough knowledge in all component maintenance manual, associated revisions service bulletins relevant approved technical publications, quality bulletins, TPM requirements.

Completed all regulatory authority training CAR145/EASA PART145 ,FAA 145 RSQM ,conducted by Etihad airways

Completed Suspected unapproved parts (SUPs), Human Factor, Fuel Tank Safety ,EWIS and SMS training conducted by Etihad airways.
