- Currently designated as Assistant IT Manager at Pre-Opening of Caesars Palace (194 - Keys), Caesars Resort (301 - Keys) & Caesars Residences (176 – Keys), Total of 671 Rooms, Dubai, UAE.
- Provide day-to-day services to the end-users including the connection of PC’s and Laptop’s on the Business Unit Network, creation and resetting of passwords for all business applications, managing software deployments etc. to ensure compliance with pre-defined IT standards and policies.
- Provide IT equipment issuance services to the end users to ensure the issuance is properly documented and filled.
- Provide solutions to simple technical issues of hardware and software while escalating more complex issues to the group-wide IT service Desk to facilitate their fast and accurate resolution.
- Active Directory user Creation & Management (Server 2022)
- Email ID Creation in Office 365
- Configuring maintaining and regular monitoring of an access point (Cisco AIR-AP18321- E-K9 & AIR-AP15621-M-K9) installed in different guest room and Cisco 2690 manageable switches.
- Taking regular backup in IT pc and external hard disk. (Daily, Weekly & Monthly)
- Providing support to the high-end guests with their high-end needs staying in the 5*Hotel.
- Software Configuration and Installation of Hotel applications – OPERA PMS, Finance Application (SUN system), Simphony, menu plus, music system, Knowcross, Vicas, Adaco, TigerTMS, OASYS HR system, Book4Time.
- Installation, Configuration and Creating user account of Simphony as per Hotel Standards. Configuring Simphony WS/ KOT / Check Printers and Cash Drawers.
- Configuration of Digital and IP Cisco Phones and FAX – PABX, VOIP.
- Reporting to IT Director.
