Responsibilities
- Conduct daily Site/Factory visit (Construction site, chemical sore, flammable sore, production floor, finished goods storage area) to identify any unsafe acts and conditions.
- Conduct safety induction and safety training for employees.
- Creating daily observation report and sending to corresponding departments for rectification.
- Close monitoring on safety violations and take immediate actions on it and keep the record.
- Perform monthly inspection on First-Aid kit, Spill kit, wheel chair, Portable stretcher, Fire Fighting Equipment’s and maintain the records.
- Ensuring that contractors/sub-contractors are effectively implementing Project HSE plan.
- Participating in monthly review meeting and presenting HSE statistics.
- Coordinate with local authority representative (DDA, Trakhees, OSHAD, RTA, Waste Management Agency, Civil Defense, Etc.) during their factory/project inspection.
- Ensuring that all welfare facilities are provided for the staff at their workplace.
- Ensuring that adequate firefighting equipment’s are available at Project/Factory location.
- Inspecting PPE’s used by staff and Lifting tools, Hand & Power tools, Full body harness, ladders, Electrical cords & cables.
- Review/Create HSE plan, Risk Assessment, Emergency Response Plan, Emergency Evacuation/Rescue Plan.
- Investigate Incident/Accident and provide report to HSE Manager/Top Management.
- Conducting Fire and Medical Emergency Mock Drills frequently to identify the preparedness of handling emergency situations.
