  • Estimated the resources required; and delivering them and creating solutions for the department’s inconsistent and inefficient areas of development; for example: patient satisfaction surveys, track wait times, monitor lags that affect discharge or slow diagnosis, etc.!
  • Remodeled department to comply with international best practices (example: fast track/charge nurse registration area/ ambulance triage/ pediatric fast track and others).!
  • Delegated daily tasks and responsibilities within ED to appropriate personnel, and assuring timely and diligent comple- tion.!
