REBECCA SANDERSON

• Serving as Head of Foundation Stage, with strategic oversight of FS1 and FS2, including monitoring the quality of teaching and learning, planning, and assessment; ensuring consistency across year groups; maintaining high standards and expectations; and supporting pastoral needs. This includes liaising closely with parents and ensuring that all policies and procedures, including behaviour management, are consistently implemented.
