The case incorporated the player's design, color scheme, product-portfolio across APP, FTW & ACC

3. Adopted new strategy of selling 'stories'. Created holistic packs & cross merchandised. Led to 13% growth v/s last year

4. Delivered one of the best sell-in tools: EM look books, display of key looks on models & mannequins. Resulted in 10% increase in sell-in orders v/s last mirror season

5. Led one of the most profitable and successful kids BTS (Back to School) campaign

6. Built packages based on pricing, models & colors - achieved 98% of the target (week 1) & 131% of target (week 3) in Qatar.
