IQSMS update

• Approximately 950++ IQSMS reports closed out of 1900.
• Around 507 reports updated from SAS IQSMS to ABY IQSMS. Weekly monitoring and update is being done.
• 85 new IQSMS accounts created
• Initial Risk assessments for ground and cabin related reports (as mentioned above)
• Assist in initial validation of reports

Updated the following Monitoring Sheet:

• Q4 2023 Outstation Safety Performance Check
• Q1 2024 Outstation Safety Performance Check (on-going)
• SMS Evaluation for Sub-contractors
• SMS Training Monitoring Sheet for SPI
• Created training tracker for Safety team and Safety Officers
• Prepared tracking sheet of corrective actions for gaps identified during ERP Drill

Drafted the following:

• 13 letters sent to Authorities / T3A - Bird strike , ATC, T3A, pavement condition
• Guideline to fill in new OSPC via GOPA application
• Walk and Talk Newsletter for E&M and Cabin / Safety notice (cabin crew jump seat; and Report writing)
• One Fatigue Meeting Minutes (16 fatigue reports)
• Changes for ADY taxonomies copied from ABY taxonomies

• To train New Entrant, Recurrent, Initial, Differences and Conversion courses for Cabin Crew/Pilots as required and to standard set by flydubai and regulatory authority
• Specific subjects include: Cabin Service, Senior Cabin Crew Member Training, SEP, First Aid, Aviation Security, CRM and Customer Service as required and defined by flydubai, regulatory authority and Part D2 of operations manual (both practical and classroom sessions)
• Perform Check, Coach flights & Line Evaluation Check for Senior Cabin Crew members & Cabin Crew members as per GCAA and flydubai required regulations.

• Ability to display good CRM skills to optimize performance of whole team
• Assess Cabin crew performance
• To debrief cabin crew members as appropriate for both good and sub-standard performance and to receive any debrief from Commander on behalf of cabin crew.
