Job Responsibilities:

• Perform project management of ERP projects taking on full responsibility of delivering assigned projects within set parameters of scope, time, budget, quality, HR capacity constraints, risk & quality
• Perform business analysis of emerging business requirements or system change requests including eliciting, analyzing, verifying, documenting, validating and tracking requirements across implementation or project cycle.

• Successfully delivered as Project Manager a hybrid ERP enhancement project with an earned value of 98.81%, and cost & schedule performance indices of 1 and 0.98 respectively
• Reduced turnaround times of preparing consolidated orders, sales and financial reporting (One Stream) from 3 days to 1, by contributing to successful interfacing of 4 ERP instances with global data warehouse through providing end to end data source mappings for 3 of the 4 instances.
• Improved visibility into market performance by highlighting product & customer data deficiencies through the use of SQL data extracts that formed input to data cleansing & standardization efforts resolving up to 90% of data integrity issues and leading to accurate reporting of orders and sales by product & market verticals.

• Successfully delivered as Project Manager a waterfall project to implement UAE’s VAT in all 3 ERP instances of Xylem Middle East

• Coordinated efforts for a greenfield implementation of BPCS ERP for new factory operations and an upgrade project of iScala ERP for sales operations;
• Successfully led an integration project for EDI connectivity between factory and sales company ERPs
• Successfully led efforts to resolve a $5million inventory overstatement in the ERP books of accounts by providing analyses of the related accounting entries, documenting the root causes of the overstatement, offering advice on corrective entries & following through with extensive user training to preclude future recurrence

O2GEN was a UAE based IT Consulting firm that dealt with the sale and implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning Systems including Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, EPICOR and LS Retail

• Managing full life cycle of ERP implementation including initiation, planning, analysis, design, construct & deploy phases
• Assisting customers maximize strategic business value from ERP products through effective elicitation, analysis, documentation, verification and validation of customers’ business process requirements and ensuring the same is accurately mapped into ERP modules

• Successfully performed full-cycle implementation of Epicor 9 at Alkhaleej Enterprises LLC, UAE including Finance, Supply Chain, CRM, Sales and Inventory Management modules
