- Energy minimization project on WWTP (Waste Water Treatment Plant) aeration control (100% ROI in one year).
- Lead a leakage detection team to find & identify leakages (Air, Water, Steam, and fuel) to prevent energy losses.
- Designed the control logic and electrical diagram for Waste Water Recovery Plant Automation using Siemens TIA Portal and AutoCAD Electrical, respectively, saving design cost
- Synced the date coder and filler machines on various production lines (to stop the filler machine when there’s a coder fault) and implemented air knife for the drying of filled bottles (for effective coding).
- Integrated a temperature controller at the concentrate cold storage room (to sound an alarm when there’s a temperature offset).
- Lead engineer for 2021 Line 2 filler upgrade (upgrade of HMI, PLC, replacement of faulty sensors, blower motors, pressure gauges, transmitters, safety relays, etc.), which was completed and commissioned two weeks before time.
