Conducting analysis of business requirements as well as implementing technical solutions for South African Investment Bank RMB on Front to Back trading system Calypso. Currently performing a dynamic role of both a Business Analyst and Java Developer. This requires me to take ownership over all aspects of the SLDC. I also effectively support the production system ensuring user issues are dealt with rapidly. I have developed an in depth knowledge of investment banking systems and am now the lead technical member of the team, driving projects from inception to completion.

• Capturing business requirements for projects from end users across multiple banking departments.

MeritSoft is a FinTech company that specializes in tracking and accruing trade payables and receivables for major financial institutions globally.

• Responsible for regression testing deliverables.
• Managing QA team.
• Identifying issues with new deliverables and communicating problems with software engineers as they arise.
• Automating the regression testing process through using Ranorex testing system.
• Reporting directly to the CEO any improvements that could be implemented within the team.

InnovateCircle.com is a startup company that provides innovation audit tool to FinTech companies.

• This tool helps identify where companies could better allocate their resources in order maximise innovation.
• Responsible for development and maintenance of audit tool.
