Dismantling, overhauling, and repair of control valves with positioning, valve stroking based on the standard input of 4 to 20 mA and 3 to 15 psi output.
Loop checking and troubleshooting, as per system drawing.
Application and use of calibrator, Hart communicator, and SFS.
Used various types of test devices and instruments, such as digital pressure indicators, hand pumps, decade box, Fluke RTD, and HART communicator, etc.
Good knowledge about P&ID preparation, hook-up drawings, instrument loop drawings, and a better understanding of logic diagrams.
Loop checking, calibration, pre-commissioning, and commissioning of the entire field.
Carrying out various maintenance activities as per standard operating procedures.
Troubleshooting various field instruments, such as pressure. Level, temperature, flow, etc.
Experienced in the calibration and maintenance of various pneumatic and electronic field instruments.
Supervising the job executed by subcontractors, construction, and maintenance.
