• Contractor: Samsung Engineering Co., Ltd. and CB&I Nederland B.V. JV
• Description: US$3.1 Billion project, covers Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) to build a CrudeFlexibility Project, including the ARDS, HMU, SRU & TGTU, SWS, ARU, SGP and Utilities & Offsite.

Responsibilities:

• Adopt project management tools and techniques for project scheduling, monitoring & controlling.
• Updated progress on Construction, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning Progress Measurement System (PMS).
• Prepared daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Calculated daily quantities, manpower & other resources utilized.
• Prepared various exhibits and minutes for site weekly construction and progress review meetings.
• Provided technical support to external and internal customers.
• Collaborated with on-site managers and supervisors on engineering projects.
• Resolved project operational problems to minimize delays and unexpected cost increases.

• Prepared 3-weeks Look Ahead schedules, presentations and productivity reports.
