Application deployment in ServiceNow using discovered application’s evidence through the discovery tool – TAD4D, SMS, ManageSoft, Marimba, SCCM.
Create and Design Custom View for adhoc report based on customer requirement.

Work closely with the SNOW implementation/development team to develop/automate the SAM processes. such as License assignment, Re-harvesting, Renewals & Leavers in order to achieve the SAM maturity model. Maintaining & updating SNOW SRS library regularly to use it internally for Updated Software catalogue. By maintaining the Software catalogue and cost management processes for all software assets. Designing the effective request workflow through which SAM team have the quality data to use for different practices such as :- Re-harvesting , Cost Optimization & creating ELP’s. Responsible for updating various records in SNOW and ServiceNow & other activities such as: - Responsible for activities such as :- creating, updating, tracking, monitoring, and maintaining software licenses in asset management database, as well as monitoring application usage, and reporting compliance of software usage. Responsible for maintaining software license compliance and licensing life-cycle management for End User and Enterprise computing software from purchase, receipt, installation, upgrade, removal,reallocation, and retirement. Responsible for managing & generating various custom reports which are useful for the SAM practices & daily BAU (Business As Usual) Responsible for checking license compliance for different software. And to create Entitlement license position . Through licenses management, highlight opportunities to target unused or restricted SW for reclamation. Use data to provide trend analysis and assist with determining potential future licensing needs. Check for opportunities for Re-harvesting the license. Assist with license related questions/issues. Right size footprint – removing unused deployments. Vendor Management. Ensuring publishers/resellers are paid correct amounts and within a given timeframe. Strategic sourcing & negotiations. Responsible for creating & updating existing SOP’s for multiple publishers such as :- Adobe, JetBrains ,Veritas,Microsoft,Sketch , Mentimeter , Think-cell , Tableau , Read Write and Dragon Naturally and many others. Responsible for managing the license assignment for Publishers.
• Nominating the customer for reviews / audit.
• Start to end follow up with customer for commencing and closing the software review.
• Conducting calls/meetings with customer to explain review methodology, scope and benefits and convincing them for review.
• Clearing customer's concern related to review.
• Conducting onsite reviews / audits at customer location and collect relevant data related only to concerned product / vendor.
• Explaining collected data to customer at the end of each day and collecting data back from customer.
• Status update for the ongoing reviews to customer on day to day basis.
• Reporting license information, deployments, uninstallations and registry/folder traces.
• Preparing reports as per the data collected and showcase the effective license position of the customer to Microsoft.
• Discussing the report with customer and explaining the terms of usage of software products.
• Helping clients achieve their business objectives. Also played a significant role in taking the concept of license compliance and SAM for the clients/customers.
• Updating and maintaining the central database for Autodesk with effective license position for closed accounts and other relevant details.
• Carried out more than 50 Microsoft reviews and closed based on mutual Discussion and PO generation.
