• Co-ordinate with entire site locations in matters relating to Health, Safety, Environment and Security.
• Ensure good mutual relationship with Client's/Customer's in HSES matters through frequent interactions and meetings.
• Implementation of HSES Procedures and policies as per client requirements.
• Promote, support and participate in HSE Observation and Intervention Program.
• Promote and monitor the proper application of ADNOC's Life-Saving Rules (LSR) and STOP work empowerment within the worksites.
• Promote safe working systems and procedures and monitor the proper application of "Permit to Work" (WMS) system, SIMOPS and associated Job Safety Analysis.
• Review Risk Assessments to identify and quantify risks and mitigation measures.
• Monitoring Safety measures to prevent accident / incident, /property Damage, maintaining safe and healthy environment.
• Review & implementing of HSE policies, standards and procedures, which incorporate UAE statutory requirements, ADNOC/ADOC guidelines and international best practices.
