11 years background in MEP project management and execution and have worked in variety of projects such as villas , high rise and infrastructure projects etc. I am a self starter and thrive in fast-paced environments where I can use my problem solving and communication skills to deliver successful out- comes. • 11 years of experience in international projects, with a strong ability to adapt to new environments and cultures ,were currently working as Senior Mechanical Engineer with M/s Nascon Engineering LLC, Dubai-UAE.
• Proficient in developing and reviewing detailed design drawings, technical specifications and BOQs. Expertise in HVAC design, plumbing, fire protection systems and general electrical power and lighting systems.
• Demonstrated experience in managing project timelines, resources, budgets and effectively communicating with clients, contractors and stakeholders specifications, and BOQs as per international standards and local regulations.
• Proven track record in managing multidisciplinary teams of engineers, designers, draftsmen, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the desired quality.
