• Responsible for a 5 member team for all brokerage and banking activities includes onboarding a customer for trading, account opening , trade settlement, reconciliation and MIS reporting to the senior management for all equity trades in UAE and across all GCC markets.

• Reviewing and submission of UAE regulatory (SCA and central Bank) and Dubai financial market, Nasdaq and Abu Dhabi financial market reporting.

• Have been the first point of contact in all the trade and postion related market system upgrades(AS400) and regular testing conducted quarterly

•Responsible for best execution and settlement of equity trades for EMEA and fixed income trades globally

•Computation of NAV for discretionary clients•Performance analysis of the fund with peers and the relative index•Computation of NAV and due diligence with the Fund Administrator for fixed income and equity mutual funds

•Cash management services for discretionary clients •Ensuring compliance to agreements for discretionary clients

•Involved in all operational aspects of setting up new funds including set up of brokerage accounts in various markets, liaising with custodians/ fund administrators

•Preparing the Quarterly fact sheets of Funds performance sent to the investors.

•Ensuring all corporate actions are correctly accounted for in the funds

•Pricing of options & Bonds in the various portfolios using Bloomberg

•Analyzing the financial statements of the Mutual Funds

· Have been successful in migrating to the new asset management system MFUND.

• Involved in setting up of Trading Portfolios, Maintenance of the population of Trading Books for the Credit Flow Business which involves understanding Trader requirements towards various system involving PnL, Risk, Settlement, Client Valuation and Curve Marking.
• Act as central point of escalation for all issues and queries raised by the Credit Markets Business Data Management and manage these through resolution with the Front Office, Legal and External Clients. Creation of Reference Entities & Reference Obligation for the Credit Market Traders.
• Handling the Assets Backed Securities business movements of Confirmation through DTCC or Fax.
• Planning & prioritizing of work for the desk to ensure smooth BAU.
• Ensuring the deliverables is done within SLA’s and according to the SOP’s.
• Preparing MIS for the functions handled and reporting to the higher management.
• Successfully migrated Assets Backed Securities business from donor location of United Kingdom by playing the lead role and imparted training upon return to team.
• Successfully completed a Project on Credit Event Restructuring being the Project Lead which involved handling of 12 team members for duration of three (3) months. This being a part of first Non-BAU process to JP Morgan GSC India. I have received a Sport Award for my remarkable performance.
• Standardization of two major processes across the two locations (North America & London).
• Successfully trained the new joiners for Credit Academy Course
