Having several decades of experience in Safety & Security while employed with various companies, having several volunteered missions as an Army Reservist of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, I stand proud for fulfilling my sworn duty to serve and protect and afford excellent customer service in either, a welcoming pristine environment or, in the most inconvenient/critical place that is not for everybody. My experience in private companies covers safety & security for shopping malls, energy & gas, semiconductor, petrochemicals, industrial plants, construction sites, 5-star hotels, golf & country clubs and Phil/US/UK/NATO Military Bases among others. Mobilized for multiple missions as a Reservist, volunteered to render relief/medical/dental missions, calamity search/rescue/evacuation/offensive operations, Covert-type Missions, CIVAC - community service, peacekeeping, VIP escorting, security cover, vigil and ROTC tactical Instructor. Such significant contributions never gone unnoticed with commendations and rewards I received from my Superiors as I served with pride to strike anywhere, out of my comfort zones under the austere/arduous working conditions in a harsh/harmful/hostile working environment. Inspired by trainings made me to adjust and adapt well to any kind of challenging situation. Leading by example thru military leadership traits/principles, the mil values, mil courtesy and discipline engenders respect and earned the trust and confidence of my subordinates. Underwent Philippine schooling in Basic and Advance Military Sciences, Army Summer-Camp (P2Lt) Training, Incident Investigation, Root Cause Analysis, Occupational Safety and Health (OHS), Firearms Safety, Fire Fighting, Customer Focus Education, VIP Protection, Self-Defense/Hand-to-Hand Combat Course, CCTV Control Operation, Heavy Equipment Operator course and First Aid/Basic Life Support, to name a few. Completed a 4-year Military Science Course, I also obtained an unfinished college education in Political Science, the last 2 years of which as a working student in the 5-star Hyatt Terraces Baguio until it totally collapsed by a 7.8 magnitude killer earthquake. No matter the challenges are, by the grace of “God Almighty”, I safely survive to see an opportunity in every difficultly encountered, choosing to do the things that others won't so that I can continue to do the things they can't, leaving a footprint of kindness wherever I go and collaborate with ever-willing “friendlies” to grab any opportunity of doing the kind of work that helps make our world a better place.
