Product Design Manager

- Create macro & seasonal trends for Home Décor & Accent furniture to provide color/material/print direction for each buying season quarterly
- Responsible for innovative product lines in each department– LIVING, DINING, BED & BATH
- It includes both hard goods and soft furnishing
- Monitor a fine balance of Trend – Essential – Basic range according to seasonal events and sale period
- Highly emphasize on Essentials at entry price point
- Manage a team of efficient graphic and product designer on product development cycle – product ideation, sampling, packaging
- Actively participate in sales analysis with Buying & Planning team to give direction on product development for the next season to achieve higher targets
- Travel frequently for product sourcing leading the team, for development of new finishes, techniques and material mix to achieve affordable price & good quality from Far-east Asia, India factories and European wholesalers
- Have attended major design shows – Maison et Objet Paris, Salone del Mobile Milan and trade shows Heimtex & Ambient Germany, Canton China and IHGF India.
