Responsibilities:
· Communicating with Clients and presenting solutions and proposals to resolve MEP Issues.
· Managing team smooth implementation of maintenance and rectification works as per client-agreed timeline.
· Coordination with stakeholders and ensure implementation of Health and Safety Policies, Toolbox Meetings, Risk Assessment, and Method statements.
· Prepare detailed Bill of Materials, miscellaneous, item cost, and profitability of projects.
· Monitored project progress and identified operational concerns to limit delays and overspends.
· Manages availability of resources and oversees financial aspects such as Project operating expenses, procurement costs, maintenance costs, rectification costs, and related fees.
· Prepare HVAC and Plumbing design using various design software and AutoCAD.
· Presentation of updates/progress to Management Team during a scheduled meeting.
Responsibilities:
· Management and responsible for the operations, repair, and on-time maintenance of the following Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Facilities such as Chiller Plant, Cooling Towers, BMS, Chilled Water System, Hot Water System, Cleanroom, Boilers, Fire Protection System, Compressed Air System, Standby Generators, Waste Water Treatment Plants, Reverse Osmosis & Water De-ionization Plant, Data Center CRAC system, Primary and secondary Pumps, DX units, FAHU's, AHU's, etc to prevents production downtime.
· Manage a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians to ensure smooth facility operations, ensure zero/minimize downtime, and delight our internal customers.
· Management of operational and maintenance expenditures.
· Taking the lead in the design and implementation of engineering initiatives/projects that contribute to the company's growth.
· Coordinate with other Departments to tackle important issues that need to be rectified, improving the production operational efficiency.
· Prepare presentation reports to the management highlighting Facilities' operational status, MTD/YTD operational and maintenance cost, utility cost, pending issues, Projects/Initiatives, and deliverables.
· Liaise with Government or Municipality Authorities and submission of required documents/action plans to comply and resolve violations.
· Provide and design engineering solutions and project plans for approval to the management.
Coordinates with the purchasing Department and invites various MEP contractors for the project pre-bidding.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the facility operation, maintenance, and rectification of the following mechanical and electrical facilities such as Chiller Plant, BMS Operation, Air Handling Units (AHU, FAHU, PAU, FCU), Data Center CRAC system and Fire Protection System, Primary and Secondary VFD controlled Pumps, General Kitchen Equipment (Oven, Freezers, Chillers, Burners, etc), Fire Pumps, Sprinklers, Generators, Waste Water Treatment Plants, Reverse Osmosis and De-ionization Plant.
· Supervise a team of multi-skilled technicians for the smooth implementation of daily plant operations, maintenance tasks, and repair works.
· Immediate response to call and facility issues that need urgent solutions.
· Initiates engineering projects & solutions to resolve very high monthly operating costs on fuel used in the air handling reheat system.
· Prepare engineering design plan and detailed scope of works, cost estimates, and submission to the management for approval.
· Updates various as-built engineering drawings using AutoCAD drawing software.
Attends various engineering seminars, and conferences to updates on the latest engineering practices that might help improve Company facility operations.
Passed the Board Examination after Graduation from my 5 years Mechanical Engineering Study. I got the License as Mechanical Engineer and got the job immediately.
